GREATLY NEEDED FUNDS DONATED

Many thanks to our Patron, Graham Taylor OBE and Trinity Catholic School, Aspley, Nottingham.  Graham kindly did a talk at the school and they donated a total of £725.10 and a whole lot of kit.

This is fantastic news as due to the volume of kit we now send out, our funds have been gradually going down due to the number of footballs we've had to purchase to stuff in with the boxes.

Our thanks go to Headteacher, Michael McKeever and Assistant Head, Steve Manderson and all staff, children and parents who have helped.

A C HOYLAKE PROUD TO SUPPORT KITAID

Thank you to Janet Neville, our regional co-ordinator for The Wirral/Merseyside, for arranging KitAid sponsorship for her son’s team.  A C Hoylake now proudly wear our logo on their shirts.

We now have teams all across the country and even in Bulgaria sporting the KitAid logo.  If your team is struggling for shirt sponsorship then why not follow others and help to publicise KitAid at the same time.

RUBY WEDDING WINNER

We are very grateful to Janet Neville’s parents in law who recently celebrated their Ruby wedding and held a party for friends and family. They asked for donations to KitAid rather than presents and collected an amazing £500.

The money raised will be supporting next year's football camp in Ballysillan - a fantastic project organised by Peter Thompson to provide a fun week of football for boys in the area.

Many thanks to May and Harry Neville, and all their friends and family.

MORE BOXES PACKED AND ON THEIR WAY

Thanks very much to all our volunteers for helping this morning at another great boxing up session.

Pleased to see new helpers - Matthew Hunter, who supports Coventry City.
In total we filled 95 boxes, 52 of which left for Africa/Eastern Europe and the remainder are in storage awaiting despatch. So far this year we have now sent out an amazing 845 boxes of kit, which by my reckoning amounts to 29,500 items of kit. If anyone demands a recount please arrange it with Sean! This is a fantastic achievement and it wouldn’t happen if we didn’t have your support.

Look forward to seeing you at the December session.
